2. Services Provided

WebplatF provides professional IT services including:

• Web and mobile application development
• UI/UX design and prototyping
• Business process outsourcing (BPO)
• Custom billing and invoicing software
• E-commerce store development
• Business website design and development

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for any project are defined in a separate Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed between both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as agreed in the project timeline.
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials you provide to us.
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Designate a primary point of contact for project communication.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. General terms include:

• A deposit (typically 40–50%) is required before work begins.
• Milestone-based payments are made as agreed in the project scope.
• Final payment is due before final delivery and handover.
• Late payments may attract a penalty as specified in the project agreement.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

Client Content: Any content, logos, images, or materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred to the client.

WebplatF IP: We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies. These may be used in multiple projects but are licensed, not sold, to the client.

Portfolio Rights: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, WebplatF reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Project Timeline & Delays

We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be affected by:

• Delayed feedback or approvals from the client.
• Changes to project scope requested mid-project.
• Force majeure events beyond our control.

Any significant scope changes will be documented and may result in revised timelines and costs.

8. Revisions & Change Requests

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes require a new or amended SOW.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebplatF's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of revenue or profits; or issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms integrated into your project.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, conversion rates, or revenue results from our services.

Third-party software, plugins, and platforms are subject to their own terms and we are not responsible for changes or discontinuation by those providers.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• The client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
• WebplatF delivers all completed work and assets to the client.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless WebplatF is in breach of the agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
